I ordered a pair of sunglasses a couple of weeks ago and although the quality was excellent, I had to return them because they did not fit me well. It took exactly 10 days for the parcel to arrive at Daniel Wellington’s warehouse. I got a confirmation email that they received my return and would process my refund straight away, and this happened the same day the parcel was delivered. Everything happened quickly and I had no problem with getting my money back.

Very BAD service
Very BAD service. Don't fall for the brand, it's clearly a SCAM! I haven't received my refund yet and been following up with them since 40 days now. They won't even respond to your emails actively.
If you call them they will keep keep your call on hold saying they're fetching your details and then cut the call saying you're not connected, unbelievable!!!

Can't give zero so I'm giving you 1 star. Ordered the watch in November and placed the return request right after i received it. Watch got picked up, but I've not yet received my refund. It has been more than a month now. Your customer representative said the refund has been initiated and it will take 7-10 days to reflect in the bank statement, but it has been 20 days no money has been received and they have stopped responding to my mails.
We can wait for days but the least you can do is respond to your customers.
Is that how you scam people? Already regret buying from DW.
Awful customer support
I've recently contacted Daniel Wellington multiple times to receive a refund on a product that I was not happy with. I made sure to contact them before the item was dispatched so I would not have to pay shipping fees when returning it. They took really long to respond (have proof of all the dates and times) and by the time they did the watch arrived. Now I am contacting them to help but it's been many business days since I've received a response or any help. I am likely to guess that once I've returned my item I won't even get a refund by the looks of it after reading other reviews about them, but I still give them the benefit of the doubt. Very disappointed.

No refund after more than 1 month of returning the product..
I purchased a watch didnt like the product so returned it its been more than 1 month since I am continuously following up for the refund and every time the Executives say that they have initiated the refund inspite of giving my bank statements and everything they asked for still no update on my refund this is seriously not expected from a brand like Daniel Wellington. The least you can do is provide accurate customer support

Orded 24th november.. 1 month ago. I don’t know where my package is or where it is. I’ve got every time a mail with a date but every time delayed. 2 days ago i’ve got a e-mail from the package service that my package is reaching the maximum days allowed to be held. No e-mails from Daniel Wellington

Bad experience
I had ordered a watch on 27th of November & today it's 20th of December.Didn't get my package yet.Poor customer support,no proper response,they just give fake assurance stating that you will be receiving your package within 24hrs. Yesterday I had got a mail from their delivery partner stating your package is returned,I have no idea why it is returned.Never expected such things from DANIEL WELLINGTON.

not very reliable
I ordered last Nov 29, 2021 a rose gold bracelet and it's expected to arrive on Dec 6 yet it hasn't been delivered to me until now. I'm really concerned of the significant delay so when I checked on the UPS tracker, it hasn't even been shipped yet as of today (Dec 13)! How frustrating. Had a good experience returning and buying new product
I returned an item while buying a different size and became quickly nervous as I came across these reviews and thought I wouldn’t get a refund or it would get lost, both my orders came full tracked and received regular notifications and even returning one of them it was fully tracked. The only minor point was the return instructions wasn’t completely clear as I had to google custom forms to add to my order as I have never returned anything out of uk before which I also was anxious about. But everything went smoothly and got my refund and my new watch is lovely.
